Can I return or exchange after I receive the pin number? 
A. NO, all sales are final. Since we send you the PIN automatically via e-mail there is no refund after that transaction takes place.

Can I use CTA phone cards outside the continental U.S.? 
A. Currently, all of our products are to be used only from the continental United States. We hope to expand service in the near future.

What are acceptable forms of payment?
A. We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. Once your transaction is approved (that takes few seconds after creating an account with us). We will contact you at the information you provided if you're a first time customer. Then you'll be sent an e-mail with the PINs you purchased.
